home lodge is owned and operated by Lynn Heaton, a Scot who moved here in 2006 after falling in love with Golden: its unpretentious and welcoming community and surroundings.  This luxury bed and breakfast is set in over 40 acres of spectacular countryside. 5 minutes from Golden, 10 minutes from the golf course and 15 minutes from Kicking Horse Mountain Resort  has the perfect location.

If  you like staying in B&B's but never quite manage to relax in someone elses home, or if you love luxury hotels but hate the inflated prices and pretentions associated with them then maybe home lodge is for you.   With all the high standards of great hotels, but the cozy personal feel of a small private house, our bed and breakfast is truly a place to relax in.  Relax and enjoy the stunning surroundings, inside and out.
